Kicked me out for reasons they could never tell me. Monday they told me I was breaking boundaries. I asked them what boundaries I was breaking so I could could correct my actions. Nothing. On a Friday in Dec when it’s deadly cold out right as the die was leaving for the weekend they told me I was being kicked out for boundary violations and did not tell me for what. Worst IRTS in the twin cities metro. Look elsewhere. Food sucks, staff sucks, other clients aren't vetted well enough. There were two clients while I was there that not only triggered me, but other clients as well. Ultimately it was the jerk who paced the halls listening to music on speakerphone thtat When I left I requested all paperwork regarding my case. After I left, I found they had damaged or lost some of my stuff, some of which was irreplaceable from my dead Dad. They do not handle particularly intense situations well, either. Theyll hyper focus on a few clients while hardly helping others. Theyre under staffed, dont listen very well, and after their manhandling of my property when they KNEW how hard I had struggled to get my stuff back in the first place, I am beyond DONE with this place.
