Working with The PCF team on our major back yard remodel was an excellent experience. We have had bad experiences with contractors in the past but that was not the case with the team at PCF. Patrick was great to work with on the initial concept, design and contact. Ryan was behind the scenes managing the project. Special thanks to Tyson who built our covered structure. Excellent people! Highly qualified and very professional.
I had PCFCG come out to fix my generator as it would not start without draining the battery. I had them come out and they told me that I needed to replace the battery. I took it in and had it recharged as it was still a good battery. I let PCFCG to come back out to look at the generator but no on e came out. Looks like I got lost in the shuffle of my rep being fired. It took some time to get the help I needed. Once they got a hold of me, they apologized and fixed the issue. Now my generator works well. George and Lucas did a great job on our patio cover. Both were on time everyday, and such hard workers - we were impressed by how much they accomplish in a day. These guys deserve all the credit - professional, kind, and George's attention to detail was much appreciated. We are so glad they took over our project - they really set the bar high and we are very happy with their work.
