I have never been disappointed with my tax representative, I have been going to her for years and every year,I have some difficulties with signing with docusign or with the computers, she has so much patience with me ,she goes that extra mile to help out, and always so caring , excellent customer service and tax representative
Ivonne was amazing! Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful! I called a bit before closing asking for help with franchise tax, she got everything I needed done within an hour and even called the Texas comptroller for my specific situation. I definitely would come to her again in the future. Hard to find accounts/tax preps as helpful and hard working as her. Thank you!
