This clinic's service is very poor. My husband has never had any problems with his insurance and all claims were covered. However, yesterday, November 21st, when he wanted to have a check-up due to an illness, he was required to pay $100. They said they would check with the insurance company first to see if it was covered and then they would let him know. I have been going to Dr. Moy for 2 years and he is very attentive and patient to all my concerns. The services they provide in the office is better than any other offices I have been to. The front desk works fast too!
The man at the front desk had a terrible attitude, as if I owed him money. The doctor also seemed incredibly irresponsible. If I could avoid giving them 🌟, I wouldn't give them a single pill. Is that truly worthy of the word "benevolence"?
I found this doctor I needed a doctor near my old job. It been exactly 2 years since I been going to this doctor. The reception and staff is very professional and lovely to work with. Mr. Moy is blunt but always respectful and professional. I just wish I live in the area he worth the commute!
