Received an unsolicited call from this Bank last night regarding re-financing my VA mortgage loan. Have never dealt with this Bank in the past. Decided to listen to their offer, and while in the process of negotiating the fees the Broker (David Schultz) states "You are breaking my balls!" Totally inappropriate remark to make towards a Senior and Disabled Veteran. Have never experienced such disrespect. They called me, I didn't call them.

I started my Refinance with these people Back in June 27 2014. I have paper to prove what I am saying! I have as to date NOT closed on the loan. I have not receive any word as to why I have been ignored! The last time I heard from these people was back in December when I was told that the rates were falling and to hole off on closing the loan !
