I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was frustrating enough to warrant one. Before visiting, I called the salon to confirm pricing for a manicure. However, when I arrived, I was suddenly quoted a much higher price upon completion and excepted a tip afterward—which I decided was not necessary due to performance and service. I occasionally will update my review and felt that I should do so again. I went today and my nails look great. However what got me by surprise was the price increase... I know that is the norm in today's world... But when you come in, nearly every 2 to 3 weeks, for the last two years.... I figured they should have mentioned something.... Especially with telling me that this price increase was from over a month ago ...... but I would have noticed it coming two weeks ago?? So was not thrilled.
