The door says “by appointment only” but they took me right away. The technician took the tool out of an unsealed open sanitizing pouch. I asked why it wasn’t sealed and if they were clean and she seemed very upset at me. The state nail board says this is against cleanliness standards. The staff wasn’t very friendly and I got cut and my finger was bleeding. After I left my gel nails started changing colors. I’m guessing they watered down the gel. It looks bad.

Most nail places mess up your eyebrows and take too much off. This lady was super careful and did an amazing job. I have a scar on my right eyebrow, so it can be complicated, but she had no issue and nailed it. My sister was watching her, getting every angle on her tippy toes. If you need your eyebrows waxed, I'd recommend this place. Will be back! P.s. I also asked her for no oil and she listened.

Worst experience I ever had at a nail salon. My appointment was at 4:00, nobody took me until 5:00. The nail tech (also the owner) SPLIT my real nail while sanding off old polish and made my cuticles bleed. I was there for over 2 hours for a dip manicure. Still charged me full price. Very disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience.
