Started going to the gym again after being lazy for a couple years. Went in sore, barely able to move, but I left feeling as light as a feather. Will definitely come here again when I’m feeling sore and tight

I stopped here 1/30/15 to get a "walk in" massage and was very pleased. Susan, my masseuse, was excellent! She did a thorough job of finding problems and issues I had in my back and firmly, but gently, fixed them. I got a full hour massage which I would recommend and I felt it was a 10 out of 10! I have been getting massages for well over 25 years and this was one of the best. Great Health Spa! Elizabeth
