First appointment today after becoming disappointed elsewhere. Receptionists lovely, dentist very kind, (Dr Andrew) explained everything thoroughly. I was very impressed.
Great, in this day and age I was lucky to get a dentist especially after leaving the RN. Got in NHS too bargain. Never had a bad experience here, Andrew and later Diane who now looks after me are brilliant the nurses and receptionists are great. Happy to be here.....well I'm not but you know what I mean 😆😅
I have just had a brand new set of dentures made at PENZANCE DENTAL..the initial set did not fit great,so they kindly agreed to redo the top denture and upgrade the lower.Thanks to the patience and skills of Dr Eleni Mantzrourani @ Penzance dental and Phaedra Kazali @Smile-art Dental Studio,i now have a perfectly fitted,great looking set of dentures..i can only recommend this surgery as i feel every thing was done for customer satisfaction,,,from reception to dental chair,the work done,manners and service are impeccable.
Absolutely appalling practise. If I could give 0 stars I would. The receptionists are rude. They are constantly changing our appointments and now I am told they don’t offer after school appointments any more which is ridiculous. They’ll see adults after school but not kids?! So I have to take my son out of school- it’s completely unacceptable. The dentist who looks after my second son has been away to have a baby and they didn’t cover her shifts, so he hasn’t seen a dentist in over a year. Now she is coming back part time bu... read more
