Very good experience. Horace kept me updated all the time either by calling or sending me pictures on the status of the roof installation. Would recommend this compay to anyone. Great job!
I have had excellent experience with Horace of Penwin. They replaced some windows in my townhouse. Everything went well. He went through all the details with me, explained everything, and communicated very well. They did what they said they would do. I'm gradually replacing the windows in my townhouse, and I intend to use them for the rest of the windows moving forward. On top of everything, Horace happens to be a great gentleman who is nice to work with.
It has been amazing to work with Penwin. I have contacted Penwin to do work on several projects for my home. Their staff are very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Penwin for services needed. I am truly pleased with their work!!

As of November 28, 2023 Pen Win has not refunded the monies he promised. When asked to provide documentation to prove me wrong he has also been unresponsive. Please refrain from providing him or his company with your credit card information. He even threatened to take me to court and that hasn't happened either.
