Horrendous! Was first in the queue, but was on hold for a hour. Can't book appointment face-to-face. Service is abysmal. One star is generous.
Receptionist Aruna Patti, since she has arrived things are so much better at penvale, always get through on the phone and when there's an issue she gets it sorted virtually right away..and a very nice person as well...thank you Aruna
The doctor and the staff were very helpful
This surgery has improved 100% in recent months where you see receptionist are excellent, nurses are very good, and same doctors see you at all times. The appointments has improved greatly. Excellent and keep improving.
Raised an issue with the surgery via the practice manager and this was resolved within a week, to which I was happy about and the lady on reception who helped also (she had off white grey hair sorry) was lovely and very helpful.
