Long time customer with 90% of appliances in our home coming from them. This month we had an issue with a GE dryer (was purchased from Pentz 12 years ago) so I called them on a Friday for service. Spokewith Reuban and he scheduled repair for the following Wednesday at 1:00. By 3:00 that day no one had showed up so I called and spoke to him again.
