Joy was fantastic! She made sure I understood all of my options and made sure we got a great rate. I really appreciate the fact that she was watching rates with multiple companies up until the last minute to ensure that we secured the loan that was just right for us.
Joy replies quickly to any message and gets the answer to you as soon as possible. She is very knowledgeable about the mortgage processes. She will walk you through the process for any issues with you as they arise, to close on the home. She even assisted in walking through another institution with me over the phone to get the statements she needed to get to the underwriting department, so that we could close on our home on time.
