Extremely efficient however as only minor works will review again when vehicle in for full service.
Pentland Jaguar at Fort Kinnaird has looked after my current vehicle from new (over six years ago) and did so for my previous vehicle. Whilst no organisation is perfect, I have been looked after well and the Service Department team has dealt with me as an individual and done its best to support me when my car was being maintained. This dealership must be near capacity in terms of both skills and space, yet continues to deliver good service.
Extremely disappointing experience with Pentland Jaguar Fort Kinnaird. Took my Jaguar I-Pace in due to air conditioning and defogging issues. The car was kept for 10 weeks, and I received no proactive updates — only heard from them when I chased. Weekly updates started only after I mentioned I was going to complain.
