I was sent to the Summerland Lab for some tests. I understand this lab is run by the Interior Health Authority. While there a girl named Alicia screamed at me in front of a room full of people, kicked me out of the lab ( I WAS WEARING A MASK) and told me I had to be seen by the receptionist who was not there (because she was in the lab)!! This is the second time this person has screamed at me, humiliated me and berated me in front of a huge line-up of people!! I was only there to pick up a container.
