The best place in Penticton! Always!
Absolutely insanely overpriced for what you get. Not to mention the service and management is abysmal. I had contacted the hotel desk telling them the bathroom door in my room was damaged when we arrived. None the less I was charged the damage deposit. (250 dollars btw). I tried contacting management to no resolve. If you're thinking of staying here dont. There's better places to go that will treat you like a regular human being. As someone raised in penticton I was beyond disappointed at the service and rooms here.
My husband and I recently returned to the Lakeside resort to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Having stayed there 25 years ago, it was lovely to be back. The hotel had a fresh new look, the rooms were great, the staff amazing! We were even treated to champagne and strawberries in our room!! Highly recommend this hotel and all its great amenities!!
