Horrific experience.Total negligence zero accountability Took my car 2013 Kia SORENTO to Bannister Kia for diagnostics .Staff took it for a drive ,days after Friday 1 pm appointment … broke it down and completely ABANDONED it on the shoulder of the Penticton channel bypass highway.They left it stranded on a major highway without notifying a towing company or securing my property.My partner drives past my car …had to go to Kia to get keys get gas jump the car as staff had drained battery whilst trying to start car with no gas... read more
