Update to my review. Hyundai replaced my engine two weeks ago and now it is idling really rough and feels like it won’t accelerate properly. (Literally happened after posting my review). We are waiting for the service manager to call us back….

Excellent service, very happy
I have a tricky situation and am coming from out of province to look for a new vehicle. The assistant sales manager was wonderful to talk to at first and seemed excited to work with me. Got all my info and gave my file to finance, and then this dealership completely ghosted me when I asked what vehicles they had available after telling me they got me a pre approval… left a bad taste in my mouth and I decided to take my business elsewhere.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience with the entire staff we met at Hyundai Penticton. Derron, our salesman went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable when looking at the truck we ended up purchasing. He was personable, so we felt like we got to know him on a personal level about his life and sharing about our lives as well.
