Dr. Geetika is a kind enough person, but she doesn't listen when someone says something doesn't feel right. A few months ago i had to have a crown installed. They made a temporary and i was asked if i wanted gold or white. I chose white because of budget. When the white crown came in, Dr.Geetika asked me if it felt okay when she put it in. I said no. Had a temporary come off, I was seen promptly and the problem was rectified. I'll mention i am not a patient of this practice so hats off to Penticton Family Dentist. Would recommend 100%.🤘

I felt heard and well cared for during my appointment. I appreciate their use of technology particularly with reminders. I feel well cared for during my appointments.
