Expect the best!!! I am so pleased that I went with Penticton Auto. Their customer service was second to none! I felt the owner sympathized with my situation and the unfortunate bad luck with my Honda. Brittany went above and beyond to get my vehicle back on the road. Her kindness extended what I felt was beyond what other shop owners provide. I highly recommend the team at Penticton Auto.
I had a check engine light and they were able to see me the same day! They helped me right away because they had a few extra minutes and I was able to get in and out! awesome service!!
*Definitly not a performance shop of anykind* *Very Dismissive* I Took my 1972 K10 project to Britney and her then Husband Cal. Britney and Cal came recomended to me. I was told by Britney to have the truck there for the 4th of january 23. It was not brought in untill over a month later Febuary 6th 2023. Then when it was needed in the shop she charge me an aditional $150 to have a tow truck move it inside from their parking lot. This was after i payed to have it towed there in the first place.
