I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience has been beyond frustrating. I rented a penthouse apartment in Towson expecting comfort and convenience – what I got was a total disaster. Within just a few weeks, I saw THREE mice in the apartment. Management has refused to take responsibility, even though it's pretty clear the issue is connected to the constant construction going on around the building. I rented one of the units for 1 year. Building and parking were very safe; there is 24/7 concierge, restricted door access during evenings, and cameras in elevators. My unit was quiet, clean (no issues with any pests), and neighbors were friendly. Onsite parking in garage was convenient.
