I rented one of the units for 1 year. Building and parking were very safe; there is 24/7 concierge, restricted door access during evenings, and cameras in elevators. My unit was quiet, clean (no issues with any pests), and neighbors were friendly. Onsite parking in garage was convenient. Starting to believe they’re embezzling money. Condo/hoa fees through the roof but the chiller and water pipes in the building break down at least 4 times every summer/winter. Where is the money going? Along with the racist, bigoted property manager, I don’t see much good here. They have the poor front desk workers working in sweltering heat and we don’t even have working water on some floors! It’s a shame this used to be a nice building

Called to inquire about purchasing a property and connected to the community manager Tim Bishop. He literally hung up on me with giving me no type of help whatsoever, other than telling me to "google it". As if I don't know how to use google in the first place!? Terrible service I can only imagine the type of help they provide for the residents that actually live here.
Best location in Baltimore County and in Towson. Many new improvements in the last 5 years and more on the way. A wonderful place to live. 24/7 concierge, heated pool and fitness room. Also, loving the revitalization of downtown Towson.
