I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience has been beyond frustrating. I rented a penthouse apartment in Towson expecting comfort and convenience – what I got was a total disaster. Within just a few weeks, I saw THREE mice in the apartment. Management has refused to take responsibility, even though it's pretty clear the issue is connected to the constant construction going on around the building.
