On arrival bed had hairs in it....sides werent even tucked in ....balcony dirty....windows not cleaned...last guests food left in fridge and bin liners dont even fit bin in kitchen...was a gift for my 50th from my mum.cleaner did remake bed tht night but no communication they were coming...my mother as ignored all weekend any contact made to the host.coffee machine also had old stale water left in it.now yiu want to try bullshit ur way out if your wrong doing....yiu were asked to wait as it was actually 4hrs later cleaners a... read more
Upon arrival (elderly parents and 5yr old) greeted with the Lift access not available. Contacted Ray White and were told had to take the stairs (3 flights) No prior notice to be given the opportunity to book for another weekend. Gentlemen from Ray White did come to assist with carrying bags and was going back to the owner to discuss some compensation. No phone call ever received back.
