Took my mower in for repair after another shop told me it was not cost effective to fix. The called me with an estimate and fixed it for under $60 and it is running great.
The only reason I gave a 1 is because I couldn't give a zero!! My husband called this place to get our mower looked at was told to bring it in. He got caught in traffic on the way there and I called to let them know he was on his way, but not sure if he would be there before they closed. I was told they closed at 1:00. My husband pulled in the drive at 1:05 and he had parked his truck in front of entrance and closed the gate on my husbands face. The first time I visited Pentex was to get a unit serviced I did not buy from them. I am a perfessional landcaper and have been in all the shops in the area. Pentex treated me great and fixed the machine right the first time. Their shop is clean and perfessionally run. I now purchase all my equipments needs from them and recommend them to everyone. Pentex has helped make my business better.
