The absolute worst electric provider in Texas. They shut my auto pay off and then shut my electricity off. 4 hours after they shut my power off I receive a late notice in the mail. These people are absolute crooks I wish I could go to anybody else besides them I would pay the extra money just to get away from these criminals. I wish I could give it negative Stars.
They charge what they want, for whatever they want, and there is NOTHING we can do about it. MONOPOLY!
Our electric bill went up $180 last month.. anyone know what's going on?
Everytime the wind picks up just a little the power goes out all over the area. I thought they are supposed to be checking tree limbs so branches can not fall when the wind is up. Happens way to often.
