Their online chat is ALWAYS offline. Emailing them will eventually get a reply not to answer your question but requiring you take time out of your busy day to CALL them during PA work hours. So when you eventually get a spot free to call during PA work hours, NOBODY ANSWERS! I spent 2 weeks trying to get a basic product question answered and they cannot be bothered to respond. Pretty much a customer service nightmare, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESER JERKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
