We called for a blocked drain and received courteous and professional service for the next day. The technician was very diligent with his work and left our bathroom clean and the drain unclogged. We would strongly recommend this company!
Sam was amazing, very thorough and clearly knows his stuff! Very friendly and honest, clearly explained the issue and our options, was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Had a bit of an emergency situation with a main drain clog and Sam was here in less than two hours as he said he would after finishing up a previous job. Could not be happier that I called PenTech, highly recommend!
Professional and very responsive! Technician came on time, and they were nice enough to work around my busy schedule. Pricing options for my new faucet and sink were explained well, prior to installation, and technician was courteous and polite while answering all my questions. Overall a great experience. Would definitely use again for service work, and future renovations. The dispatch team was also very flexible and patient with me while fitting me in for an installation job. Thanks again!

Our old toilet wouldn’t stop running and the turn off valve was broken. I called PenTech and Sam came within the hour. He had everything needed to replace the toilet and fix the valve. Very professional. He explained the problem, the options to fix it and what he was doing. I highly recommend them
