I strongly advise against renting from any property managed by Pentalon Management Group. My experience at Falcon Park Apartments in Layton, Utah, has been extremely frustrating due to poor management, lack of accountability, and blatant disregard for tenant rights. Long overdue. Loved my time at Pentalon. I would have stayed if I could. Todd was amazing to work with. I worked for pentalon years ago and I have worked for a few other property management companies since. Todd is still hands down the BEST regional of any company I have ever worked for. I got in touch with him over a year ago about coming back. Now that I am looking for another job, I will definitely contact him again. The pay wasn't spectacular.
