If you see that this company is working on a construction site near an apartment complex, do not move in!! They constantly do construction in the middle of the night, shining bright lights into your apartment windows and keeping you up with cement pours. To top it off, their workers are constantly yelling at each other and blasting loud music from 7am to 7pm, with no consideration of peoples apartment windows 20 feet away. Living next to their construction site is a nightmare.

Pentalon Construction was sent to evaluate a drywall separation issue around a window in our apartment. During the visit, the representative explicitly stated that he is not a window specialist and not a drywall specialist. When we politely requested that a qualified specialist be brought in to determine whether the issue was structural or superficial, that request was refused. It’s super unfortunate that I’m at the point I am, because I had real hope for a positive resolution given the communications at the beginning of my interactions with this company. Back at the beginning of July 2024, this company was building near an apartment complex that I lived in. I had one of their fences fall onto my car and do $4000 worth of damages. I am absolutely appalled by the behavior and lack of professionalism of this company. I live in the fully occupied building next door to one of their sites, and every single morning—starting between 2 and 3 AM—I am subjected to bright, blinding lights shining into my windows, honking horns, loud construction equipment, and awful music. It's incredibly disruptive and inconsiderate to have this happening in the middle of the night. I have also been harassed while walking my dogs by some of the workers.
