It’s super unfortunate that I’m at the point I am, because I had real hope for a positive resolution given the communications at the beginning of my interactions with this company. Back at the beginning of July 2024, this company was building near an apartment complex that I lived in. I had one of their fences fall onto my car and do $4000 worth of damages. I am absolutely appalled by the behavior and lack of professionalism of this company. I live in the fully occupied building next door to one of their sites, and every single morning—starting between 2 and 3 AM—I am subjected to bright, blinding lights shining into my windows, honking horns, loud construction equipment, and awful music. It's incredibly disruptive and inconsiderate to have this happening in the middle of the night. I have also been harassed while walking my dogs by some of the workers. Super ethical company!!! All about midnight cement pours, even if there is an occupied building next door! But don't worry, they will try to be quiet! And by that they mean they will yell at eachother, honk horns and generally do NOTHING to lessen the sound. Cause ya know. Quiet construction equipment exists! Thank you so much for having such great ethics! Ethically I personally wouldn't keep people awake in the name of making a few dollars, but what would I know.

Parking in fire lanes and blocking disabled people in their parking spots with a company vehicle & trailer seems to be yet another example of this company’s lack of consideration for others. Would not recommend based on the nonexistent common sense.

When trusting a construction company you want to believe that they are as safe as possible, in every step of the process. That’s why I find it disheartening that the driver of the truck with the license plate 4G1XK tried to run me off the road in a company vehicle because my 5 over the speed limit was not enough for him.
