I will likely never buy from Pelican again. The product is fine, but the customer service is awful. I'll give you 3 examples: 1) The water was bothering my skin. I called to find out what we needed based on what we'd purchased and what was happening. The person I spoke with was so rude and unprofessional. Rather than being helpful, he said, "how do I know, I'm not a doctor." Do not buy from this Deland company. I purchased a whole house system. The sales person told me it was very easy to install, however I hired a plumber to install it. I wanted someone to come out to see if the system was working correctly because I still have white scale and staining in my toilets. They will not stand behind their product if you purchase it directly from them for 2,000.00 instead of having a salesmen come out to test your water and charge you whatever they can get you to pay. Had water filtration system installed about 1 month ago. Their tech made an error and didn't glue to one of fitting pipe resulting in water leak of our condo and one below. They approved Serve pro to start repair work but didn't approve last phase of the work and been evading calls for several weeks. Very poor customer service and business practice as they don't follow through damages their tech caused during installation.
