Management doesn't care about anything except production they don't care if you're sick they don't care if you have firmly emergencies they don't approve of any absences you will earn points and eventually be let go because you have too many points
This was a horrible place to work. The people are very rude and hostile. Other then the day today confusion that company has sent me home twice because THEY subjected me to Covid (which I came up negative) and did not pay me for it. Also failed to pay me for my pre-requested vacation. Do yourself a favor throw in a few more apps and leave this place alone.
