Great experience with receiving! The guy at the dock was very nice and got me unloaded super quick — made my morning. Receiving is located at the south end of the building. No complaints!
Pentair has the potential to be better and to keep their employees. The only obstacle are the current Hmong women who are the temporary team leads, (except for MBL-In’s team lead), supervisors on both shift, and some people in management. They will make it hard for you, gossip, and even bully you. When I was there they were going through a few team leads and even now they’ve gone through multiple leads because of the current temporary leads. Everything that everybody has said on the reviews are true. It happened to me too. Jessie Van Liew did not call me at the scheduled time and didn't even bother to email me to reschedule. She reached out to me and said to schedule a time to talk with her but she never called. Thank you for wasting my time. You are so good at your job.
