I accidentally cancelled my appointment, but Georgianna went above and beyond to help me out. She rescheduled me and made sure I received the prescription I needed without delay. Thank you for turning a stressful moment into a smooth experience!
I've been a patient here for 10+ years. There are 2-3 doctors that are great, caring and helpful. However, the front desk/receptionists and nurses(!) are miserable and rude. Whether you're calling in or there in person they are just not friendly and don't treat people with respect. And it has always been like; since the old office.
Was a patient of Dr Limpert’s for decades and when he retired I was assigned Dr Boucher. What a difference. With Dr Limpert We worked together on my care. That teamwork ended (hard) when he retired.
The doctors at PentaHealth are excellent and go above and beyond to provide top quality care. Office staff is friendly and helpful. All around a five star experience.
