The doctors at PentaHealth are excellent and go above and beyond to provide top quality care. Office staff is friendly and helpful. All around a five star experience.
Money grab. They used to be a great practice who I have been seeing for over 12 years. The new ownership is reflective of the bad attitude, poor service, and attempt to grab more money. When given an attitude by the person, I spoke with and matching her tone she hung up on me. I would not recommend having that individual work in customer service. I wish I caught her name.
Dr Hubert Wu is very thorough and very patient. Highly recommend
I am privileged to be a patient of PentaHealth in West Chester. In late April I was diagnosed with a one in 10 million aggressive blood cancer. Thanks to Dr. Charles Catania who insisted I receive a skin biopsy after my dermatologist had seen me three times and felt my rash was unremarkable, my disease was caught early and I have an excellent chance of survival.
