I love DR. BROINES. I’ve been seeing her for over 15 years. She is fantastic DR ever. She listen and ALWAYS asked about my family.

I have been trying to schedule an appointment for 4 months now. Every time I call I get a recording stating, they are not taking new patients at this time. 4 months seems to be a little long to not be accepting new patients. Can someone explain this?

Whenever you call the staff is beyond rude and gives you an attitude every time. It was so frustrating that I left the practice. It's sad because I really liked Dr. Bruno and his nurse was great, but I'm not dealing with the disrespectful and rude staff.

Dr. Briones, I wish you would leave this practice. You are a great doctor. The staff here is inadequate. First, their recording was we will get back to you within 2 days. Then 3 days. Now, I hear it's 5 days. That is unacceptable. Their excuse for everything is we are short staffed. I went to Penn Endocrinology where even if short staffed, they get back to you within 24 hours, every time.
