Fourth or fifth consecutive month they’ve totally messed up my elderly mum’s life preserving medicine prescription. We thought it was the pharmacy so changed pharmacy and the very first month, doctor has sent it to the old pharmacy. It’s them! They’re absolutely useless and causing grief and headache every month having to sort the same issues over again. Mum has gone without her medicine for 3 additional weeks on some occasions!
The doctor laughed while she told me "your weight went up quite a bit haha" when I already expressed that I'm aware and that I'm not comfortable with my body right now. I can't believe how insensitive she was, why do you become a doctor if you don't care about people?
Receptionists? So lovely! Doctors? I'm not allowed to use the correct words here so I will say this; counterproductive, unreliable, not trustworthy, simpletons. Now put all the first letters in a line
