Long wait Waited half hour just for the staff to come and serve, no one in the queue, needs to improve
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. This is the worst service experience I have ever had with any company. I do not leave 1 star reviews, but this has pushed me over the edge. I brought my car here to this establishment for a break down a nox sensor fault they charged me £500 and told me they fixed the problem it turned out they never fixed the problem they wiped the code away so it was no longer visible and done a simple regeneration I could of done this myself for less than £80. Ironically I am mates with a young man who used to work at this exact “workshop” and has advised me kindly. I booked my Fiat Campervan in for its first service as this is classed as a Fiat Professional place, unfortunately there is nothing professional about it. I called on 5th August to book the vehicle and made sure to mention it was a campervan. No issues. I turned up today to drop the vehicle off only to be told that they do not do campervans due to health and safety. Mistakes happen, but a simple phone call to tell me seemed to be beyond the skill level of this place. A wasted journey in two vehicles of over an hour.
