Day and a half to not fix a headlight that I already knew needed replacing. “We’ve ordered the part sir we will ring you to rebook in when it’s here” Apparently warranties don’t work that way so maybe it’s me 🤷♂️

This is the first negative review I have ever allocated the time to writing, if 0 stars was an option I would have chosen that. From the diagnostics, to the work carried out on my car, to the customer service & communication, it's all a disaster. My car began to produce a high pitch noise when braking, so I took it into pentagon for diagnostics. I was told that I needed to replace the rear brake pads & discs. Does anyone actually receive responses from the customer care team? We have had zero response to emails sent, (so please don't auto reply telling me to contact customer service!). Ignoring us is a dreadful way to treat customers who have spent hard earned money with your company. Edit update: The dealership were contacted at the same time and so far have still failed to reply!!
