The doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly during the appointment. However, when my mother and I went in for her endoscopy in the surgery suite the front desk lady working by herself to assist multiple people and the wait time turned out to be ridiculous. The wait time for almost 3 hours and only two doctors/surgeons were present for all patients. They need proper scheduling and more employees and doctors.
