I just got a phone call from PENFED regarding my answers to their survey, even though I did not asked them to call me. To make matters worse the rep told me that they do not make decisions based on relationship (i have been a client for 5 years and have always paid all of my loans on time or ahead of time!). Bottom line he was rude and confirmed my desire to finish the last loan with them and then drop them. I got a better deal with another credit union even though I have never dealt with them. having nothing but problems since Pen Fed took over FBCU. I have been embarrassed three times trying to use my debit card. I have had two cards sent to me and nothing has worked!!!! the customer service has not been great at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. They are making me feel this is my fault !!!!!!
