I've been a homeowner in Bowie for over 20 years, and in all of that time, I've never experienced the level of service and professionalism that Hanzel of Pentagon Air offered. My AC went out on a 90+ degree day, and every single other company pushed me out for at least a week before they could come see me and even diagnose the problem. Not Pentagon Air. Great experience working with Hanzel and his team. They were efficient and tidy installing a big multi-zone heat pump system for us and it's working well. Hanzel was also thoughtful in finding solutions to minimize cost and create the best outcome for our home. Highly recommended.
Great company. Worked diligently to solve and repair our AC problem after it went out suddenly amidst the ongoing heat wave.
Hanzel and team were life savers. My HVAC system went out on the coldest weekend of the year. I called him and he came out the same day when heard of my situation. Hanzel was a pleasure to work with, he went above and beyond, we called after hours and was he was Abel to get to us first thing the next morning to install a whole new unit for us that same day. Fast and efficient and quality of work it remarkable. Highly recommend for all your AC/heating needs
