Would contact this contractor again. I had a hunch that my system's refrigerant was low after doing all the DIY maintenance I could. I wanted a reputable tech who would actually measure (weigh) the refrigerant and not just eyeball it, so I e-mailed Pentagon and Hanzel coordinated via text to come out the next day. I've been a homeowner in Bowie for over 20 years, and in all of that time, I've never experienced the level of service and professionalism that Hanzel of Pentagon Air offered. My AC went out on a 90+ degree day, and every single other company pushed me out for at least a week before they could come see me and even diagnose the problem. Not Pentagon Air. Great experience working with Hanzel and his team. They were efficient and tidy installing a big multi-zone heat pump system for us and it's working well. Hanzel was also thoughtful in finding solutions to minimize cost and create the best outcome for our home. Highly recommended.
