Would give 0 out of 5 if I could. Reached out to this company 3 weeks ago requesting a quote. Communicated via text through the salesman. Explained what I wanted done (which was in their realm of expertise). Was then ghosted for a week, Reached out again and was told "I'm waiting to get pricing from a vendor". Following a prompt reply from Joe with a super great price and answer to my questions I agreed to book him for spray foaming my exterior walls. His friendly team arrived early and from start to finish seemed to do the job and clean up like it was their own house. Can’t help but mention that after my experience with a lot of contractors after 5 flips it’s nice to run across a company that delivers exactly as promised in a friendly professional way. We had an additional on our Winnipeg home insulated by the Penta team about 25 years ago and while I don’t recall the actual installation experience from so long ago, the finished product served us well for more than 2 decades!!
