They said they are going to get another dr then 20 minutes later they come and say just one more minute the other dr is just finishing up with a patient and I am still waiting it’s been 15 more minutes after she came in and said 1more minuet I think she meant 15 more minutes so don’t come if you have a time limit I got here at 7:38 am and am still here and it’s 8:55 am so yah 1 Star DONT GO
Although the waiting room could use a face lift. The staff are very nice and compassionate listening to both myself and my child. Down side as of now is they are not accepting new patients. My son needs to see someone and they just push everyone over to childrens.
Dr. Behar is the best pediatric ENT in WNY. My husband and I met with numerous pediatric ENTs regarding our 2 year old son’s frequent ear infections. We chose Dr. Behar who ultimately performed double tube surgery at an outpatient center. It was beyond successful. We were also impressed with her staff, especially Chelsea. Months prior to electing surgery, Chelsea was our go to whenever we suspected an ear infection and she always quick to see our son. Been with this office since my oldest daughter was young and their office was in the original Children's Hospital she had Dr Pojay since his passing they have new doctors who are also just as caring and concerned about your little one(s) health and well-being highly recommend this ENT office.... even their secretary Stella is a wonderful lady kind and caring....
