I called and sent an email requesting pricing and availability for a specific product. 1 week later, I have not talked to a sales person, despite 4 phone calls and 3 emails. The response I received from a customer service rep gave me information on where I could pick up material, however after the 3 emails and 4 calls they did not mention the correct product. Poor attitude and worse service
