was a rush job PensXpress was on top of it and helped me keep my deadline would use again
First time I purchased pens from this company. Received the (large) quantity and discovered that 1 out of 3 fell apart in your hands when you picked it up. When you go retrieve the parts & reassemble the pen, it just explodes apart again as soon as you start writing with it. The company replaced the order right away. Same exact problem with the entire 2nd order. Very poor quality product. Order from a different company & save yourself the disappointment & headaches with these sub-par pens.
I was impressed! Most inexpensive pens anywhere for my logo and the pens are nice! They came really quickly too. I'm really happy with them.
