I moved out about 5 months ago and have still not received my deposit. They messed up the math and owe me more than they were originally planning to pay me. The billing management here is atrocious and you will constantly need to confirm your bill matches the ledger. Management is rude outside the front desk ladies. I lived at a sister property of theirs before and had no issue. The leasing office is wonderful at Penstock Quarter. Best team of any apartment I've seen. Erin, Taylor, and Jenny are quick to respond to emails/calls and were always proactive in communicating with me. They were also friendly anytime I visited the office for questions and genuinely want to help make life easier for residents. I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism. I just renewed my lease for a 2nd time and I can honestly say that I LOVE living here! Not sure what the issue with the fire alarms was before but they’ve only gone off 3 times in the 2yrs I’ve been here. I’d rather know they work lol! The Libbie Mill community is just BEAUTIFUL and the grounds / landscaping is so well kept!
