Today, I visited Penstock Quarter Apartments with my husband, and we had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. We were greeted and assisted by Shy, who was absolutely amazing. I’ve absolutely loved living at Penstock Quarter so far! I can’t say enough good things about the community. *Huge* shoutout to Morgan in the leasing office for his help throughout the touring, application, and moving in process!!
Me, my husband and dog lived at penstock quarter for 3 years and we could not recommend them enough the facilities were well maintained the community was beautiful and the property management was kind, responsive and accommodating. The community is very dog friendly and the trails and community events make it the perfect place to live we loved living at penstock and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe, well maintained, active and community oriented place to live.
I have lived at Penstock Quarters for over 5 years and it has been a good rental experience. Today, Monday, I emailed Maintenance about one issue with a window and one with the door to the balcony. Within two hours they were both repaired! Amazing! All staff members are efficient and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended. AL
Constant false alarms, inconsistent cleaning in terms of quality, very unreasonable about ware and tear within unit. Wouldn't recommend to any friend of mine.
