UPDATE: Thank you for the response and I am happy to hear you will try and improve your customer service...ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THE ISSUES WITH THE TRUCK I PURCHASED?? Bought a 12 ft sight-unseen and was a bit nervous, but they sent me good pics of the truck all-around and underneath. This particular truck went on the market in January of 2022 for 27k but as the time and miles went on, I got it for a touch over 19k. Smooth process. It was 5 hours away so I relied heavily on pics. The truck looked great at pickup and drove great the 300 miles back home.
This company need to be site for the lazy customer representative, their professional ethics needs to be in question. We wanted to give them our business, the representative acted like we interrupted his lunch, he could not give us no pricing on no Truck to purchase. Horrible place to go too
Bought a van from them over a month ago and still nothing. After a month they told me is ready to pick up and when I got there, lots of dents, paint peeled off, molding hanging. They keep sending you from one person to another. It has been a nightmare so far. You here Penske used car or truck, run away as fast you can...
I bought a tracker trailer from Penske. The truck motor blew in two weeks. Penske did nothing to help support getting the motor fixed or replaced. They have horrible customer service! It took them 3 weeks to return correspondence just to say they can do or will not do anything. Di do not recommend them for anything! Beware!
