It's absolutely the worse. Supposed dedicated UPS shop their biggest national account but yet can't get things done right. Wrote my sub unit up 3 weeks in a row, and they didn't even look at it. One write-up was for 2 extra keys to be cut. Absolutely horrible shop. I prefer stopping at a penske on the road rather than letting my domiciled penske handle it. Update: Make it 3 weeks now.
