We returned our Penske rental trucks after several issues when renting in Kansas City. Judy, the manager of this location on Rock Rd in Wichita made everything right. She helped us with issues we had in Kansas City. She is so knowledgeable and helpful and we appreciate her professionalism!

The manager at this location, Judy, is absolutely the reason why I will keep using this location and Penske over and over again. She has been the best representative I’ve spoken to time after time. I’ve had a horrible moving experience at one property and used their service again and she’s been nothing but super understanding. I will refer all my friends and family to this location because I trust this location and its employees. If I could give this service and location 10 stars, I would!!!

Judy Hayes is the manager at this location and she was great! She truly cares about customer satisfaction and got me into the perfect size truck and supplies that I needed and gave me a discount. She resolved problems that came up with my original order and went to the effort of solving them in time for me to get on with my trip. She also said the whole company in Wichita Penske rentals was a great family to work for.
