My rating has nothing to do with the location. This is all on Penske. I have no idea why, but I'm on some kind of system that doesn't allow you to rent to me. I may have had your truck longer than I expected to, but I paid you all your $. All $6500. Right when I was finally able to bring you the truck. Right then and there. We returned our Penske rental trucks after several issues when renting in Kansas City. Judy, the manager of this location on Rock Rd in Wichita made everything right. She helped us with issues we had in Kansas City. She is so knowledgeable and helpful and we appreciate her professionalism!
