They gave us a truck with a flat tire and a chip in the windshield. An hour from our destination a crack formed from end to end.
The worst experience and a truly heart-sinking one. I will never do business with this location again. I reserved a 16-ft refrigerated truck well in advance for my business. I personally came into the location, spoke with Samual, completed business account paperwork, and received a printed confirmation. I left confident that my truck was secured.
