My husband rented a truck and trailer on Monday, Oct. 6, to move across the country. He and our friend left Tuesday, Oct 7. They had to replace the windshield wipers, had to fill the def tank, had to call roadside assistance to replace a trailer tire, and had to call them again after the engine light came on later. Im leaving 4 stars because of past performances, in general the Hacienda location is a top performer, USUALLY. Tonight not so much. After arriving to fuel, an uncharacteristically long period where no one came to the fuel island, against my personal dislike using such practices I honked the air horn. 5 more minutes goes by still nobody appears to Pump Fuel. Just about Every time I've visited this place with Maybe a few occasions, I've been met with total 5 star treatment. The individuals here are friendly, easy to speak with , hard working and make you feel completely comfortable with their personal service. I like how this Penske Truck Rental service building is ran as a whole from the front to the back . I will be back one more , thank you all

Had a discrepancy at The North Las Vegas location. Called and talked with Miles the District Ops Manager and within minutes he had the misunderstanding sorted out. Great Communication skills and has the knowledge for his industry. Thanks for your help.
