The only reason it's a 3 star details having the best Customer Service Rep to help us all the way to our home/ destination. Erin Wright is an asset for Penske and will be the only person I would use to rent a truck for long distance again. From pick up to getting home which was a 3 day trip, was horrible with an older truck that started off picking up and smelled like an ask tray. Very strong and had to buy products to help with drive. The truck hadn't been cleaned and could barely see out of the windows both inside and out.... read more
My Sleeper went into the shop to get fixed. I called Penski, and Andrew got back to me the very next day he was really helpful and assured me they could get me a sleeper before my next tour date. He called me back the day after and notified me that one of his assistants would contact me. Sure, enuf, the day after Hector called me and notified me, they would have the rental ready to go by the date I needed it by. Went down there, picked up the rental, and i am on tour now.
