They don't tell you up front that it will take 3 to 5 business day's for your money to return to your bank yes quick service to take your money but lack in wanting to give it back

I called the 800 number and made a reservation. The team on the phone was great, I’ve never rented from Penske before. The corporate Customer Service gave me a first time discount. I was happy, it wasn’t much but it made me feel valued. When I got to the location on Hacienda , I was greeted and was offered help by Yoel G. He pulled my reservation and made a face and asked me “ How did you get this rate?” I asked if it was too high, and with a scowl on his face, he said no it’s way too low. This truck driver almost hit me in boca park. I saw his face like he wanted to it . I called the company to give the license plate and they said the can't help me. This is the license plate 523573. You guys should protect and care enough to even try to figure out who is driving and maybe that is one of your drivers

I want to follow-up on my last review of this business. I don't want to be the guy that only opened his mouth when he has something negative to say. On my very next interaction with penske Hacienda ,the service was unbelievably appropriate I mean it was good. I've said that they get on the job they do their job well and you know except for a little snafu here and there, There really isn't too many bad things to say about this place other than they don't have enough room for all the business they have and we just have to deal... read more
