When turning in the rental, it was a nightmare. They claimed that I had damaged the truck, and charged me almost $1000 for a nickel sized dent, and I'm sure they were not going to fix it because there was a lot more damage already to the truck. This could have easily been missed on the initial walk around when renting. There was no way to dispute this, they just debited my account! Never, ever, ever rent a truck from this place. I wish I could give zero stars!
Outstanding, helpful service. Had my clean truck ready to go. Friendly and answered all my questions. Have used this office as both originating and destinations location. Highly recommend them.
You wont find better customer service, ANYWHERE else! I explained my situation to Ryan who went above and beyond to get me the truck and car carrier that I needed. I made a reservation at Budget in Brighton three days ahead of time...I called GoBudget TWICE after reserving the truck/trailer to be sure they had the reservation correct and would have what I needed, in stock.
