Huge thanks to Megan, Daven, and the entire rental department team at this Penske location for a seamless experience! All the staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They got me a 26 foot truck with a liftgate on very short notice and even gave me a great rate. The truck was very clean, in excellent condition, and the liftgate worked perfectly. I also really appreciated them giving me a 3 hour grace period without charging for an extra day. DO NOT RENT FROM PENSKE. At my final straw after years of trying to make this rental company work over multiple jobs. They will continuously not have a truck when you show up to pick up your reservation or give you a worse truck with no lift gate and charge the same amount. Prices are cheaper at Enterprise take your business elsewhere.
Saul is the man. He helped me get squared away & even gave me good advice on my own truck fleet.
